What to expect

good for families

Kids love it and there is plenty of room to spread out. Bring chairs, sunscreen and ear protection for little ones.

what to bring

Closed-toe shoes, a chair, water and cash. It is a working ranch, so dress for dirt and weather.

A taco truck, non-alcoholic drinks, restrooms, and the pavilion, where the podium ceremony closes out the night.

Saturday schedule

Eleven stages across four courses, from late morning into the night. Sunset is around 7:00, so the last Longhorn Loop stages run in the dark. Times can shift with weather, safety and course conditions.

Getting there and parking

304 Blue Jay Rd, Dale, Texas 78616. About 40 minutes from downtown Austin and 15 minutes east of Circuit of the Americas.

Parking is on site and free. If you have a Forest Pass, the first shuttle out to the woods leaves at 12:30.

Join the volunteer crew

Volunteers are what make a RallySprint run. The main skill is being good with people, not knowing cars. You get a briefing, the gear you need, and a view of the rally most spectators never see. Our volunteer coordinator matches each volunteer to a position based on what the day needs.

Keeping people safe
Most of the job is people: keeping spectators in the marked areas and working alongside drivers, officials and other volunteers.
Out on the course
Posts along the stages, watching for hazards, handling course changes between stages, and reporting to race control by radio.
Start and finish
Helping run cars through the start and finish of each stage, alongside the event’s timing system.

Before you come

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, friendly dogs are welcome. Be ready for loud engines, big crowds and plenty of other dogs.
Is alcohol allowed?
No. It’s an alcohol-free event: no outside alcohol, and none is sold on site. You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks.
Is there food and drink on site?
Yes. There’s a taco truck, plus non-alcoholic drinks.
Can I buy a pass at the gate?
Yes. Passes are sold at the gate, or you can buy online ahead of time.

Would you rather be driving?

Registration is open to rally car owners, and a limited number of our cars are available to rent.
